What makes The Avenue special?
This lesser-known apartment complex, The Avenue, offers new students a modern take for often times living in their first place away from home. The Avenue is home to the largest fitness center in Norman for all my gym-goers out there, a theatre room, tanning salon, dog park, and it’s very own shuttle service for people without transportation to campus.
Amenities
Apart from the gym, the resort-style pool really caught my eye. It’s easily twice as big as any apartment complex’s pool you’ll find in Norman for those scorching summer days! The options for floorplans are excellent as well. You can live by yourself in a studio floorplan, or up to as many as five different roommates, all with their own bathroom! Prices range from $675-1225 a month.
Location
The Avenue is around 3 miles away from the heart of campus, so it is far enough to be out of the way from the hustle and bustle of downtown, but close enough to have the traditional college experience. Did I mention that it is pet friendly at no extra charge? Sign me up!
